Hello, I’m Olivia, a BACP-registered person-centred counsellor with a degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Salford. My counselling practice focuses on helping people recover from burnout—a topic I’m deeply passionate about through both personal and professional experience.

Burnout isn’t just about exhaustion; it’s about the toll that ongoing stress, overwhelm, and unmet needs can take on your well-being. I know this because I’ve been there. As someone living with ADHD and a chronic illness, I’ve experienced firsthand how these challenges can amplify the risk of burnout. Learning to navigate these complexities has been a journey of self-compassion and growth, and it’s one I’m honored to support my clients through.

In my work, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering empathy and understanding, while helping you reconnect with your strengths and values.

Whether your burnout stems from work, daily responsibilities, or the challenges of managing ADHD and/or health issues, I’m here to help you untangle the stress and rediscover what balance and well-being look like for you.

Burnout can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. If you’re ready to explore a path toward healing, I’d love to support you on your journey.
