ABOUT ME

As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change. Experienced working with a wide range of issues, I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences, and to support them in making positive changes in their lives.

I completed my Counselling and Psychotherapy degree at the University of Salford, and I am experienced working with a wide variety of clients. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), meaning I adhere to their ethical framework throughout my work.

I offer sessions via telephone, priced at £50 per session. A short free consultation is available upon request.
